1. How does Supergene protect my privacy?

We, Supergene Inc., understand the importance of your privacy. This Privacy Policy is designed to inform you on how we use the information we collect and how we protect your data.

2. How do I remove a Supergene game?
To remove a Supergene game, please follow the instructions for the platform you are using:

• Meta Instant Games: Go to Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites, find the game, and click Remove.

• Toss: Navigate to Toss app settings, find the game under linked services, and remove it.

• CrazyGames: No account linking required; clear your browser data to remove local game data.

• TikTok: Go to TikTok app settings > Authorized Apps, find the game, and revoke access.

3. How do I delete my data, including my player profile?

If you wish to delete your data, including your player profile, please send an email to [email protected]. We need your platform user identifier (e.g., Facebook Instant Game ID, Toss user ID, or TikTok OpenID), which can be found in the in-game settings menu, to identify the data for deletion. Please note that it is not possible to use our games without a player profile. If you use our games again after deleting your player profile, a new player profile will be created for you.


Privacy Policy

1. General

This Privacy Policy was developed with your ease of understanding in mind. Supergene Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Supergene”, “we”, or “our”) develops and publishes mobile and web-based instant games available across multiple platforms.

This Privacy Policy applies whenever you use our games (hereinafter referred to as “Services”), available on the following platforms: Meta Instant Games, Toss, CrazyGames, and TikTok (hereinafter referred to as “Platforms”), including but not limited to:

- Smile
- The Puzzle
- Coin Match
- Space Blast
- 1 Daily Puzzle
- Snap & Guess
- Mahjong World Tour
- Solitaire 98
- Puzzle Block Master
- Cozy Tiles
- Solitaire City Journey

These Services are owned by Supergene. This Privacy Policy describes the methods of collection and protection of the user's data and other such pertinent information.

Please note that each Platform also has its own privacy policy which applies when you use our Services through that Platform. In the event of a conflict, the Platform's privacy policy takes precedence with respect to data processed by that Platform.

This Privacy Policy is available for perusal at all times. Should there be any changes or amendments to this Privacy Policy, Supergene will notify the user by posting the amended version on this site. For material changes, Supergene will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice through in-game notifications or platform messaging, to the extent technically feasible.

2. Information Collected While the User Plays Our Services
2.1 To use the Service, the user may log in through their account on the applicable Platform (Meta/Facebook, Toss, CrazyGames, or TikTok). Through this login process, our Services collect the following information:

2.1.1 The user's game-scoped ID
(CrazyGames has no account linking — this item is not collected for CrazyGames users)

2.1.2 The user's platform-specific user identifier (e.g., Facebook Messenger user ID, Toss user ID, CrazyGames user ID, or TikTok OpenID)

2.1.3 The user's language setting

2.1.4 The timestamp of when the user last accessed the application

2.1.5 Device information (device type, operating system version, browser type and version)

2.1.6 IP address and derived general geographic location (country/region level)

2.1.7 In-game activity data (gameplay events, stage progression, session duration, scores)

2.2 Personal information that identifies the user such as name and profile picture are NEVER stored or cached anywhere, but only used to create customized user experience such as personalized share images.

2.3 Game data associated with the behavior of the user in our Services (such as gameplay progress, scores, and session data) is collected and stored to maintain user progress, improve our Services, and conduct internal analytics. We do not sell your game data to third parties.

2.4 To manage the information our Services receive through the applicable Platform, users should refer to the privacy settings of that Platform:

• Toss: Toss app > Settings > Privacy

• CrazyGames: Account settings on crazygames.com

• TikTok: TikTok app > Profile > Settings > Privacy

2.5 Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party service providers who may process your personal data on our behalf:

• Google LLC (Google Cloud Platform / BigQuery): Analytics and data storage, servers located in the United States and other regions. Google Cloud standard data processing terms apply.

• Meta Platforms, Inc.: Platform services and advertising for Meta Instant Games users. A separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is in place with Meta.

• TikTok Inc. / ByteDance Ltd.: Platform services for TikTok users, servers located in Singapore and the United States.

• Viva Republica (Toss): Platform services for Toss users.

2.6 International Data Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the Republic of Korea, the United States, and Singapore. When transferring data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses (SCCs) where required.

3. Advertising in Our Services

Our Services may contain advertisements provided by companies other than Supergene, and these advertisements may link to external websites, online services, or mobile apps. Supergene is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those services.

Our Services use advertising services from Meta Audience Network and other third-party advertising partners. These partners may collect certain information (such as advertising identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data) through cookies, pixels, or similar technologies to deliver personalized advertisements. For TikTok-based games, TikTok's advertising services may be utilized. If you want to know more about how those services use your information, please review their policies and contact them directly.

4. Push Notifications

4.1 The user will receive information and content related to the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Push Notifications") through the notification system of the applicable Platform.

4.2 Push Notifications are delivered through the applicable Platform's messaging or notification system, subject to the user's consent. To receive Push Notifications, the user's browser, app, or device must support the feature. For the Push Notification service, we store the user's platform user ID, language setting, and last access timestamp.

4.3 The user may disable Push Notifications through the notification settings of the applicable Platform:

• Meta: Facebook Messenger settings > Notifications

• Toss: Toss app > Settings > Notifications

• CrazyGames: Browser notification settings

• TikTok: TikTok app > Settings > Notifications

5. Withdrawal of Consent and User Rights

5.1 The user may remove our Services from the list of active apps or games on the applicable Platform (see platform-specific links in Section 2.4 above) at any time.

5.2 If data access consent is withdrawn, our Services will not be able to make additional requests for user data or send messages.

5.3 The user may delete game history by following the instructions for the applicable Platform in FAQ Section 2 above.

5.4 Once the Service is removed from the list of active apps, all records and data associated with that Service have already been deleted. For additional inquiries regarding the Service, please contact us at [email protected].

5.5 Additional User Rights

Users have the following rights under applicable law:

• Right of Access: Request a copy of personal data we hold about you

• Right of Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data

• Right of Erasure: Request deletion of personal data (‘Right to be Forgotten’)

• Right to Restrict Processing: Request restriction of processing for specific purposes

• Right to Data Portability: Request transfer of data in a machine-readable format

• Right to Object: Object to processing for specific purposes

5.6 Users in the EU/EEA (GDPR)

If you reside in the EU or EEA, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as described in Section 5.5 above. Our legal bases for processing your personal data are: (a) performance of a contract (providing the game service); (b) legitimate interests (analytics and service improvement); (c) consent (personalized advertising, where applicable). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your country's data protection supervisory authority.

5.7 Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data for the following periods:

• Platform user identifiers and gameplay progress data: Until deletion request or 3 years from last use, whichever comes first

• In-game activity logs: Maximum 1 year

• Advertising-related data: Subject to the advertising policies of the applicable Platform


Upon expiry of the retention period or receipt of a valid deletion request, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal data.

5.8 Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 14 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below this age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child, we will take immediate steps to delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child may have provided personal data should contact us at [email protected].

6. Privacy Officer

6.1 Supergene designates a Privacy Officer to handle privacy matters and related complaints.

6.2 Users may report privacy concerns to the Privacy Officer, and Supergene will review and respond accordingly.

6.3 Users should provide sufficient and accurate information to enable proper review. Supergene may request additional information as needed.
